Whole-display repairs ship using U.S. Priority Mail, 2 to 4 days. Certain smaller parts may ship USPS First-Class.

Wall adapter transformer requests: If a even a single LED lights up on your display, the transformer is good. If the entire display is dark, inspect for bad connections or corrosion inside the sign.

Current pricing is: Repairs: Your postage to get it here, then about $20 (the repair) plus return USPS postage. New units (free shipping): (display length) 1 digit $49, 2 digits $69, 3 digits $79. 4 digits $89, 5 digits $99.
